APARTMENT LOCATOR ROLE

What Will You Do?

Ultimately, your role is to find the perfect apartments for clients. On a daily basis, you’ll:
‍
Manage client relationships from initial contact to lease signing
‍
Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email, providing regular updates and follow-ups
‍
Curate personalized lists of available apartment units tailored to each client's preferences
‍
Collaborate with property staff to schedule and attend tours
‍
Reach out to new leads and assist each client in finding their perfect apartment

Compensation Structure: This position is commission only

This role is paid by real estate commissions from helping the client lease an apartment.

Requirements

Florida Real Estate License: Must be licensed or willing to get licensed quickly
‍
Local Travel Required: Must be able to tour clients when deemed necessary and have reliable transportation
‍
‍Minimum 1 year previous experience in real estate, service industry, property management, or customer service (preferred, but not required)
‍
Ability to attend to client calls, messages, & emails throughout the day and on weekends
‍
Must be proficient with computers and technology
‍
Display characteristics of self-discipline, organization, persistence, and integrity
‍
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
